Rabbit Awareness Week: Day 2

Rabbits are incredibly social animals who thrive when they live in compatible pairs or groups.

When a rabbit is left alone, they can easily become stressed, lonely, and withdrawn—which can even cause them to lose their appetite. But when they have a bonded partner, they can practice natural behaviours like grazing side-by-side and foraging together.

That companionship helps them feel safe, secure, and happy. Ultimately, friendship is key to keeping your rabbits healthy and eating well!
