DOG of the month...
SKYLER
This month we have a very special dog to introduce you all to. Everyone, this is Skyler!
Skyler came into us this month for a routine spay. She is a gentle soul with the most playful energy. Skyler behaved amazingly during her stay with us and we loved having her. She is a very sweet girl. Her procedure went smoothly and she was still just as happy after as she was before it.
The most special thing about Skyler is that she has been recently diagnosed with Dandy-Walker-like Malformation; meaning that her brain is not formed like other dogs. Skyler’s owner has kindly agreed to let us talk about her condition, educate the public on her condition and how it affects her day-to-day life. (This information is on our notice board at our Torquay branch and will be available on our website next week).
Despite Skyler having this syndrome, we are all very proud of her; she never fails to make us smile and is a pleasure to work with. This is just some of the reasons why she is our Dog Of The Month.
CAT of the month...
WINSTON
We take great pleasure in introducing you all to our Cat Of The Month, Winston!
Winston came into the practice this month to be castrated. During his time with us, he behaved exceptionally well and showed all the other cats how it should be done!
Winston was calm and laid back when receiving his pre-medications. He also, woke up from his operation without a care in the world; showing all our other feline patients that this procedure really isn’t a big deal!!
Thank you Winston for being such an amazing patient.
