As the first month of 2024 ends, we thought it a good time to look back over the changes that took place for us in 2023.
We hadn’t realised just how much had happened, what a busy year we had.
Before I begin, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful clients and patients, new and old for their continued loyalty, support and kindness to us.
Also a big thank you to our amazing team and colleagues for all that you do, including putting up with the continuing decoration changes/building upgrades at our surgeries.
What happened for us in 2023
- We purchased a new ECG Machine.
- We welcomed Dr Carlo Cicalese back!
- We started offering advanced surgical procedures in orthopaedic and soft tissue such as BOAS corrective surgery.
- A laser therapy unit was set up. We offer appropriate patients a pain-free alternative or supportive treatment for the reduction of pain and inflammation.
- Solar panels were fitted to our roof, giving us 10 months worth of environmentally friendly power!
- A consultation room was set up with a new large screen monitor. This has enabled us to show clients xrays, scans etc in more detail.
- We said goodbye to Danella, our Reception Manager, who retired after 19 years with us!
- We welcomed Elle-May (Apprentice Veterinary Nurse) to the team.
- We welcomed Gill to our reception team.
- We said goodbye to Dr Ariadni as she went home to Greece.
- We had a new internet phone system put in.
- We had lots of decorating happening!!
- We welcomed some wonderful new patients and much much more!
