We welcome new clients and always have room for you and your pets to join our practice.
Please note, you can register on the day that you wish to be seen but be aware that if we need to request your pet’s history from a previous veterinary practice this may take some time to arrive which could affect any treatment or diagnosis.
The procedure for registering is as follows.
- You will be asked to complete a registration form with yours and your pet’s details.
- You will need to provide photographic id and a recent utility bill or similar for proof of address.
- If registered with a previous veterinary practice we will need their details to get the medical history for your pet(s).
- You will be asked to pay a registration fee (priced at our consultation fee) however this will then be deducted from your pet’s first invoice.
